The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (MoRA&IH) has officially announced vacancies for Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/Nazims to assist in welfare services for Hajj 2025. Positions Available
The Ministry has announced the following categories:
1. Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/Nazims (Supervisory Positions)
Quota: 80 Seats
Grade: BPS 17-18
Eligibility: Both fresh and repeater candidates can apply.
2. Moavineen-e-Hujjaj/Nazims (Field/Supporting Staff)
Quota: 800 Seats
Grade: BPS 07-16
Eligibility: Open to fresh and repeater candidates.
The selection will be based on provincial quotas, ensuring equal representation across Pakistan's regions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following conditions:
1. Employment Status:
Applicants must be regular government employees in BPS-07 to BPS-18, drawing salaries through AGPR or provincial AG offices.
2. Age Limit:
Fresh candidates: 25-50 years (Born between 01.05.1975 and 30.04.2000).
Repeater candidates: 25-55 years (Born between 01.05.1970 and 30.04.2000).
3. Experience:
Fresh applicants: No prior Hajj experience required.
Repeater applicants: Must have served as Pak-Based Moavin/Nazim for Hajj at least twice but no more than twice.
4. Qualification:
For supervisory positions: Bachelor’s degree.
For field/supporting staff: Minimum matriculation.
5. Physical Fitness:
Candidates with chronic diseases or mental disabilities are ineligible. A medical fitness certificate from the District Health Office (DHO) is mandatory.
Terms and Conditions
Selection Process: Candidates will undergo written tests, physical/endurance tests (5 km jogging/brisk walk), and interviews.
Medical Clearance: Applicants must pass physical fitness assessments and submit medical certificates.
Documentation: Submission of attested copies of required documents is mandatory.
NOC: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) must be obtained in time by employed candidates.
