Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) is seeking qualified individuals to fill various positions within the organization. The company is inviting applications through the National Testing Service (NTS) for contract positions with a lump sum pay package.
Available Positions
The following positions are available:
* Junior Engineer (Electrical)/SDO: Requires a BE/BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university with at least 60% marks or a 2.5 CGPA. The candidate must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
* Assistant Manager (CS)/Revenue Officer (RO): Requires an MBA, M.Com, MSc in Computer Sciences, MSc/MA in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics with a minimum of two first divisions in their academic career.
* Commercial Assistant: Requires a B.A., B.Com, BSc, or BCS (C-Grade) degree.
* Line Superintendent Grade-I: Requires Matriculation with 03 years DAE (1st Division) in Electrical Technology from a recognized Government Polytechnic Institute. Candidates must have 01 year of experience in a supervisory post in any electric supply undertaking or electrical concern of repute engaged in the construction of transmission and distribution works.
* Line Superintendent Grade-II: Requires Matriculation with 3-year DAE (B-Grade) in Electrical from a recognized Government Polytechnic Institute.

* Government Servants/WAPDA/DISCOs Employees: Government servants, WAPDA employees, and DISCO employees with two years of continuous service can apply for positions at Sr. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with an age limit of 43 years for BPS-17 positions and 40 years for Commercial Assistant, Line Superintendent (Grade-I), and Line Superintendent (Grade-II) positions.
* Quotas: All applicable quotas will be observed as per GEPCO's recruitment policy.
* Domicile: Candidates applying for Commercial Assistant, Line Superintendent (Grade-I), and Line Superintendent (Grade-II) positions must have domicile in Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Narowal, or Wazirabad districts.
* PEC Registration: Candidates applying for Junior Engineer (Electrical)/SDO positions must have PEC registration.
* Selection Process: Only qualified candidates will be allowed to appear in the written test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
