Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a recognized local or international institution approved by HEC.

Key Responsibilities
The General Banking Officer role requires candidates to:
Manage front and back-office transactions efficiently.
Handle customer accounts, remittances, cash activities, and ATM settlements.
Process financial instruments and monitor dormant accounts.
Support operational duties like clearing cheques, issuing travelers’ cheques, and ensuring compliance with internal SOPs.
Perform daily financial tasks like reconciling accounts, handling cash receipts, and generating reports.
Required Competencies
Candidates should possess:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer service abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent processing skills.
