About the Position: The Service Ambassador role at UBL involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for walk-in clients. As a vital part of the branch team, the Service Ambassador will engage with customers, assist them with queries, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the branch.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction
Welcome and guide customers visiting the branch, directing them to the appropriate bank staff if necessary.
Address general customer inquiries about banking services, assist with completing forms, and ensure a smooth, supportive experience.
2. Administrative Support
Facilitate customer requests by managing forms, overseeing request processing, and following up to ensure completion within specified timelines.
Maintain an organized waiting area stocked with necessary forms and brochures, enhancing the customer experience.
3. Traffic and Complaints Management
Efficiently manage customer flow within the branch to minimize wait times and ensure all clients are served within the expected service standards.
Handle customer complaints per bank guidelines, aiming to resolve them promptly.
4. Digital Initiatives and Lead Generation
Encourage customers to utilize UBL’s mobile app and digital services, contributing to lead generation and promoting other bank products, such as consumer assets and Bancassurance.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive interactions with clients and staff.
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
